Due to the high performance of many BMW models, the original rubber tension strut arm bushings tend to take a beating and have a limited service life. In addition many owners will lower their BMW with a lowering kit or coilovers and may have a front end geometry issue that needs correcting. \n \nFor ease of fitment these new alloy tension arms also come complete with sealed ball joint ends and adjustable synthetic elastomer bushings. These facilitate +\/- 0.5 deg caster adjustment for improved straight-line stability, enhanced steering feel, and stronger front-end grip on corner entry.\n \nThe F8X M car upgraded front control arms feature sealed inner bearings to provide superior precision, durability, and reduced deflection under load. They add a fixed 0.5 deg negative camber by pushing the bottom of the wheel outward and weight slightly less than the stock F22\/F3X control arms.
